Ling Meng

Ling is the Director and Electrical Engineer at MENG Consulting Limited. He has 18 years of experience in Electrical Engineering and Building Services Engineering, gained from consultants and contractors in New Zealand and overseas. He has also managed the Resource Consent and Building Consent process for clients. He is a Chartered Member of Engineering New Zealand and a Producer Statement Author at Auckland Council. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and the Master’s Degrees in Engineering, Engineering Management, and Legal Studies. The projects he has involved are:
